Blox Network, RBC, Hashtag, Cirya (now Mavion News), and The Mavion Corporation (TMC) have released a joint statement confirming that recent disputes between the organisations have officially come to an end.
The statement follows a constructive discussion held between all parties, during which they agreed to move forward in a professional and respectful manner. While the organisations made it clear that they are not becoming partners or affiliates, they said the agreement represents a mutual decision to leave past disagreements behind and focus on their own communities without unnecessary conflict.
A significant part of the statement addresses claims that had been made during the dispute. RBC acknowledged that TMC's previous clarification regarding allegations that a studio or its assets had been taken from another project, and that Cirya had been involved in unauthorised access to another organisation's systems, was accurate.
According to the statement, RBC accepts that these allegations were unfounded. It further acknowledged that the assets in question were not created by TMC but were publicly available in Roblox Studio after being released by their original creator. RBC stated that appropriate action was taken against the individual responsible for publishing those assets.
The statement also confirmed that Cirya was not responsible for the unauthorised access to RBC Radio's systems and had never condoned such actions. Instead, the individual identified as responsible was LeonMehmetiCool.
Looking ahead, TMC committed to maintaining better records of asset sources and permissions. The organisation also stated that it has removed material when requested, strengthened its internal processes, and is now focused solely on producing original work.
As part of the agreement, RBC confirmed it will remove the affected organisations from its Hall of Shame, lift previous restrictions, and treat them fairly and professionally going forward.
In return, the other parties agreed to respect RBC's work, intellectual property, and services. They also committed to raising any future concerns privately, whenever reasonably possible, before making public statements.
The joint statement concludes with a message focused on reconciliation and moving forward.
